Fraudulent personal injury claims cost UK business millions per annum and can cause a variety of additional problems on an ongoing basis, including cashflow problems, time management and even potential negative reputational damage.

Our role is to identify whether the personal injury case is legitimate or not, and if found to not be legitimate then evidence is to be gained including video/still imagery, in depth reports and associated witness statements.

We have a number of investigative techniques for personal injury cases, which include surveillance, desktop research, open source investigation and interviewing. A plan of action will be created and agreed with all parties before any ground based activities are conducted, this ensures the client is confident in the approach and ensures any personal injury task remains cost effective.

We also understand that time is crucial and so once the investigation is completed we will provide all evidence (still/video images) and case information within an agreed timeframe, usually within 72hrs of completing the investigation.
